After backlash and outrage throughout social media, the White Home is addressing viral photographs and video of border patrol brokers in Texas seen using round horseback and whipping Haitian migrants trying to cross the Rio Grande into the US.
“I’ve seen a few of the footage. I don’t have the complete context. I can’t think about what context would make that acceptable, however I don’t have further particulars,” White Home press secretary Jen Psaki stated, in response to NBC News. “I don’t suppose anybody seeing that footage would suppose it’s acceptable or acceptable.”
Reuters reports a whole lot of Haitian migrants have been dwelling in a makeshift campsite underneath a bridge within the city of Del Rio, Texas whereas awaiting the development of their pending immigration standing.
